We work in the areas fleet management, infrastructure management, waste management, power production and offshore. Our assignments have been across industries in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, the UAE, Kuwait and the United States of America. |

At this moment we are starting to develop a few applications.
The first one is a Customer Relation database for our own purposes. SharpShooter Reports is used a/o to create phone/mailing lists and labels.
After building up some experience, we will continue with a simple planning tool to show our consultants' capacity and occupation, including SharpShooter Reports-graphs.
The first 'real' project will be an assessment tool to register and report on "asset management improvement projects", including kind of balanced scorecards.
We were triggered by the possibilities for easily created and distributed reports (including charts) with a free distributable product as add-on to our (to be developed) Visual Studio application. At first we wanted to create reports and documents by using Office components from our application. But SharpShooter Reports gives us comparable options without the need for end-users to have MS Office. The possibility to export reports directly as PDF was decisive!!
The results we booked this far are pretty and good looking. Although it took some time to get accustomed to the way of setting-up things, we think that developing reports with SharpShooter Reports is a lot faster than our first ideas (using MS Office and a lot of templates and data transfer).
Rather soon we did have some "getting started" problems, but your Technical Support Team appeared very helpfully and gave us a lot of feedback and useful examples.
Without that we would have needed much more time to create some reports.
Although there always will be more wishes than a particular software solution can offer, we are satisfied with the things SharpShooter Reports can do!!
