01/23/2007 - Official release of the .NET ModelKit Suite 2.3 Perpetuum Software LLC announces the release of a new version of the .NET ModelKit Suite™. This pack of .NET components offers complex solution for reports creation, data visualization and data analysis. The .NET ModelKit Suite™ 2.3 includes new versions of Report Sharp-Shooter™, OLAP ModelKit™, Chart ModelKit™ and Instrumentation ModelKit™. A new version of Report Sharp-Shooter™ includes an improved Web Forms report viewer that allows setting of the custom method of the generated document temporary storage on the server side. The $Value variable which was added to the OLAP ModelKit™ 2.3 provides access to the source data records and not just to source data fields. A new ProfessionalPainter style was added. The UseRoundValues property was added to a new version of the Chart ModelKit™ 2.3 and the Instrumentation ModelKit™ 2.3. Now it is possible to display numeric labels on axes and grids in the form of round values. The Chart ModelKit™ 2.3 was amplified with a new ability to create multicolumn legends. Non-standard series types were added; now it is possible to display chart data in the form of spectrum analyzers, thermometers or tanks located along the scale. Make your applications even more intuitive! The Instrumentation ModelKit™ 2.3 and the Chart ModelKit™ 2.3 are included in the .NET Dashboard Suite™. The .NET Dashboard Suite™ features a new DashBoardViewer control. Now it is possible to use the functionality of the Chart ModelKit™ and the Instrumentation ModelKit™ in a single element.
